I bring over 20 years of Biotech/Medical Devices experience across diverse functions and geographies such as: leading commercial and development terms for a product launch, leading Neurology mainly, regional portfolio lifecycle management to rejuvenate growth and leading industry first patient protected launches into non patent protected environments. I have worked across multiple therapeutic areas including Critical Care, Oncology, Neurology, Diabetes, Respiratory in different geography of India. Successfully launching into highly competitive or fund rationed environments requiring unique market access or differentiation strategies. In recent years, I have focused on leadership roles which allow me to challenge, innovate and successfully disrupt traditional medical device business models with a heavy focus on digital, tech, people ,partnership and operating models. I have built new and diverse commercial operations teams with respect to business diversification. My team have led to creation of cutting edge high performing commercial goals. In my current role, I have led the creation of my business within Medical Device (Innovation and Execution) to explore three areas: building brand equity/differentiation to support multiple product launches, building new talent sets, capabilities and building new commercial models (which is now key priority/lighthouse) for Star Medimplant.
