Was responsible Supply Chain Manager in India, for Sourcing RM and Producing Sulfonyl Urea based Herbicides. Further these Techs were converted into Formulation in India and Exported to Countries like US, Brazil and European Countries. So closely worked with Supply Chain team based at Denmark & QC Team in China where pre-shipment samples were analyzed RMs were produced in China as per the impurity profile required and were imported for Producing Tech of desired quality . RMs for Technicals were imported from China under Advance License, Produced at Atul (Toller), brought to Cheminova Panoli, Formulated at Panoli and Exported. The Auxiliaries were purchased from approved Vendors who were registered under REACH. These Auxiliaries and Vendors are from Europe and USA. PM required for packing above Formulations for Exports was also handled by meWorked closely with - costing dept to ensure correct costing for Exports of above formulation, Production dept at Toller’s place and at Cheminova’s formulation site to ensure required timelines are met. Effectively worked with all the External and Internal stakeholders and ensured timely supplies & availed Export - Import cost Benefits Was responsible for Producing 6 Intermediates for 6 Technicals upto to penultimate step at 6 tolling locations. The Spend was nearly 300 Crores. For the same, Ensured Sourcing of RM & PM at Toller’s site; Production of Formulation using above Technical at the Toller's end. Worked closely with costing dept to ensure correct costing above formulation for Domestic Market Effectively handled all the cross functions involved – Purchase, Production, Costing, Export documentation and Export Logistics Core Member in Implementation of SAP in 2014/2015 in Cheminova IndiaWas also responsibly Sourcing Intermediates like Beta-Pinene from India to our Plant in Cheminova, Denmark for Production of Technical

Responsible for planning and procurement of RM and PM of Rs 125 Crores. Responsible for project procurement - Project purchase of Rs 25 crores and other indirect spend of Rs 5 Crores. Was also responsible for Excise and Stores. Responsible for export logistics and benefits.

For more than 6 Years handled Export Logistics, Documentation and Benefits realization. Exports were worth Rs 10 crores. Also, responsible for Sales and collection of Rs 25 crores worth Intermediate and its co-products. For 5 Years, responsible for Production Planning, Inventory Control and Procurement of Rs 15 crores of RM & Rs 12 crores of PM. For 5 Years was handling Capex purchase for a 16 Crore Rs project. This purchase included sourcing of various contractors for the project - Civil, Electrical, Mechanical & Instrumentation.
