Electrical Engineer
Current Understanding the Design/Engineering documents for Erection execution especially General Arrangement drawing, Panel Layout drawing, SLD, cable schedule, JB schedule, Cable Tray Raceway, Earthing, Conduit Lighting etc. Review of electrical drawings and finalizing for erection. Installation of MV-Switchgear, LV-Switchgear, PMCC Panel, MCC Panel, DDCMIS Panel, VFD, PLC, VMS, Transformer, DG & UPS System, Bus Duct etc. Erect the Panels, Cable pulling and Termination as per the Planning schedule and Drawings. Installation of Indoor & Outdoor Lighting, HI MAST, Street Light & Conduit Laying. Installation & commission of all CHP Instrumental (PCS, BSS, ZSS, CBS, TT, Limit Switch, IJB, LCS, EPB, ILMS, Belt watch system, Metal detector, Proxy, RADAR, SONAR, etc.) Able to work as per SLD, Indian and international Standard (NEC & IEEE). Support the team members in all technical and functional issues. Generate site queries based on design document and actual site conditions then coordinate with design team for rectification. Inspect the material as per drawing before erection to minimize the time delay of erection. Maintain the records of material and Issue items. Coordinating with Contractors, Client & other dept. for day-to-day job. Contractor management through supervision of their Equipment, Manpower, and their work schedule. Prepare the daily, Weekly and Monthly progress reports. Coordinating with planning department regarding Subcontractor and Client billing. Conduct Toolbox Meeting with team, maintain Housekeeping before starting any job, promoting health, environment and safety culture, to avoid accidents. Conduct Risk Assessment and Hazardous Meeting to identify Potential hazards and take appropriate measures to mitigate those risks. Electrical Isolation & De-isolation, LOTO Systems, Hot and cold work permit system. Ensure that project is executed in compliance with safety policy.
