Knowledge Maintenance & Overhauling of Critical Machinery Like Distillery Equipment, Centrifugal pump, Mechanical seal ,decanter, Screw pump , Gear pump, Reciprocating pump, Dosing pump, Heat Exchanger (Plate & Tube type) , Vacuum pump Air dryer, Reduction gear box, valve, Tanks & vessel, Belt conveyers, blower, Distillation column, Reactor & Blenders.Knowledge of maintenance in IMFL plant ,blending section equipment semi auto bottle filling machine 6 head ,12 head ,20 head , 30 head , rotary washing m/c ,cap elevator ,gula cap pressing m/c labeling machine, PET bottle Auto m/c gravity filling, pack size-60 ml,90 ml ,180ml,375 ml,750 ml ..Knowledge of Maintenance of MEE Plant, Utility Cooling Tower, Chiller plant, D M Plant. E.T.P. moulding machine ,air compressor .Ensuring/maintain the availability of spares for plant equipment & mange store inventory. Knowledge of Storage tank wet gauging method & preparation of document up Execs like volume gauging chart.Knowledge’s of documentation preparation of Equipment’s SOP, URS, DQ, IQ OQ, PQ, validation equipment, Change control, preventive maintenance. Prepare annual PM calendar for all plant equipment’s.Maintains the availability of Plant Equipment’s.Knowledge Maintenance air handling unit (AHU), Knowledge Maintenance Rotary Cone Vacuum dryer(RCVD) & Vacuum Tray Dryer(VTD).Knowledge of Welding, cutting & Height work Safety Precautions system.Knowledge of fabrication work like storage tanks ,pipe line ,structure.Coordinate the purchase department for material . Manage and handing manpower of the engineering department.Knowledge & working experience of application software ERP & SAP.Working experience new Equipment Installation & Commissioning.
