He holds multiple certifications, including PgMP, PMP, and SA, that demonstrate his proficiency and expertise in delivering complex and innovative solutions. He is currently leading product delivery and program management for Data and Insight (machine learning) platforms in the Delivery Technology organization at Amazon.In his current role, Ravi is responsible for setting product strategy and creating a roadmap of building solutions that predict and prevent safety incidents and make each step of the delivery journey easier and more efficient. He aims to make Amazon the world's safest delivery carrier by leveraging data and machine learning. Previously, Ravi was the director of product management for enterprise data platforms at American Express, where he launched enterprise-grade data platforms and built multiple machine-learning applications that enhanced customer experience and business outcomes.
