My core area of competence is managing sustainable institutional relations. Over the past 23 years I have worked on critical B2B relationships in Insurance and Retail. Building sustainable institutional relationships has meant that I have delivered consistently and reliably on four critical business outcomes: one, managing a relationship through it’s entire lifecycle which has included responding to the ups and downs that come with any B2B engagement; two, growing the business both by incremental expansion of a service and discontinuous acquisition of new product lines; three, integrating multiple stakeholders and multiple process owners in order to deliver to partner expectations; four, managing the conflicting expectations of internal and external stakeholders to create a win-win partnership.Over these years I have built significant strengths: the ability to quickly develop the necessary domain expertise; outstanding engagement skills; the craft of combining the long term goals with short term business pressures and the patience and maturity to steer a relationship through it’s lifecycle.
