• Support Demand and Supply Planners to ensure inventory reliability and accuracy.• Coordinate and be the key point of contact for daily inbounds, directly liaising with Third-party Logistics Providers and Hauliers• Ensure on-time full stock landing at the warehouse (Physical and system stock discrepancies checks, etc.)• Communicate with internal stakeholders (Demand Planning, Customer Service, Finance, IT, Sales, Purchase) and third-party logistics providers• An understanding of retail business, processes, and consumer demand• Understanding of Supply Chain principles (Stock, availability, Waste & Markdown, Seasonality, and promotional impacts)• Advanced level knowledge of Excel with excellent stakeholder management ability• Experience in data management, management forecasting and interpreting trends• Provide support to the Sales Staff, ensuring efficient and fast replenishment of merchandise on the warehouse floor and shortening the clients’ waiting time.• Performs and reconciles actual stock count to system-generated reports.
