Social Media strategy was discussed with the CEO and founder each week to help drive conversions for key social media campaigns and presentations. • During my time I helped take PostPlanner from 100,000 to over 200,000 fans on Facebook and from 5,000 to over 13,000 on Instagram. This was achieved by helping to create a detailed social strategy involving promotion of key campaigns, content creation ideas, community management as well as the creation of thought leadership content through blogging. I worked in partnership with other brands and world leading influencers to formulate strategies for PostPlanner growth. Clients worked on include Nokia, EE, Michelin, Jaffa cakes, Tic Tac, Lloyds Bank, Jacobs’s oddities & more. Was solely responsible for managing Michelin UK implementing their full social media strategy as well as content plan and community management. This also involved project managing all campaigns and budgets while liaising directly with the client on a day to day basis. All findings would then be presented face to face with the client at the end of each key campaign. Which included the preparation of client activity reports to help monitor and recommend improvements. • At MEC I helped to formulate new ideas for social media strategy across a range of clients including taking the hands on approach of creating content and actively community managing the pages for the brands. My key role relied with Michelin UK where I was tasked to create a competition to leverage their association with the Goodwood festival of speed. It was my role to create the campaign outline from scratch as well as handle all budgets and ad spend for the campaign. This would then be pitched directly to the client before action was taken. As a result I was able to create and implement a successful Facebook application and gather 6,927 competition entries and grow the fan base by 13,436 fans in just 5 weeks. This involved creating 29 posts which helped to achieve a total of 10,871 likes, 1,121 comments and 1,078 shares reaching a total of 648,000 fans on social media.

Thanks to a new content approach I had spear headed called “Tech Tuesday” I was able to help boost engagement on their social channels by 25%.
