• Provide the team with a vision of the project objectives

• Ensure discussions and decisions lead toward closure
• Assure that the team members have the necessary education and training to effectively participate on the team
• Coordinate with internal and external customers as necessary
• Coordinate the review, presentation and release of design layouts, drawings, analysis and other documentation

• Coordinating with the onsite team and participating requirement reviews.
• Allocating the work within the team based on their skill set.
• Serve as a focal point to communicate and resolve interface and integration issues with other teams
• Writing System level Test Cases and executing them.

• Design Test Cases based on the PRD and MRD for Functional requirements.
• Undergoing internal Trainings and acquiring knowledge on the Product Domain.
• Reviewing the test cases (Peer to Peer Review)
• Escalate issues which are identified during test execution and defect raising and retesting.
