Designed rack planner to ensure fast pick and pack.• 'Forecasting and Inventory Management'- Developed an exploratory forecasting model that gave red(stockout), orange(3 days stock) and yellow flags (7 days stock) using historical data considering the factor like seasonality, lead time, offers category, moving average of monthly, weekly, etc to avoid overstocking and under-stocking. This improved the efficiency multi-folds. • 'Zone Division'- Divided Ahmedabad into 8 zones and divided DOST cities into group to ensure optimal use of vehicles and delivery executives.
