My roles & responsibilities :~ Basic engineering package evaluation including Design basis, PFDs, P&IDs, Equipment layouts, Equipment & Line list, Tie-in list, PDS, Proprietary equipments design, etc.~ Prepare or Review & approval of detail engineering deliverables like MDS, TSS, MR, TBA etc.~ Review & Approval of VDR documents like technical offers, Package documents, GAD, QAP, C/S drawings,Charts etc.~ Review & Approval of design Basis, PMS, VMS, 3D Model, Tag closure report, BOQs, Tender Documentsetc.~ Review & Approval of Plot plan, Equipment layouts, Piping layout, Isometrics etc.~ Giving resolution to site related queries related to engineering & construction.~ Ensuring value engineering, project timelines, project costing & budgeting, min. scope change during theproject span.~ Preparation of Engineering & project progress report, budget report for monthly review meetings.~ Good knowledge of SAP PS in Project for WBS creation, PR Creation, Budget allocation, Materialcodification, Project reports, Budget reports, Total commitment check etc.

Below are highlights of my responsibilities:~ Conducting Toolbox talk & Preparing activity plans/daily reports to track or meet the project schedule~ Resource planning, Allocation & it’s Optimization (like man, material, machineries, work permits, etc.)~ Optimization of available resources (man, material, work permits, etc.),~ Material site inspection, receiving, handling, storage & issue to contractor as and when needed.~ Inter discipline co-ordination, preparing & maintaining acceptance reports (Like Civil foundation reports, ET lines etc.)~ Issuing work permits & safety permits for Lifting, Hot work, height work, vessel entry, etc. ~ To prepare erection plan, it’s installation, Alignment report, IQ report, grouting release note, piping release note etc.~ Prepare Man material tracker and daily update for piping fabrication, erection, hydrotesting & box up.~ Contract management including bill certification, invoice & payments processing in SAP, etc.~ To conduct commissioning activities like Water trials of static equipment, No load test / trial run of rotaryequipment, integrity check etc.1.
