Directly responsible for managing and overseeing a team of Cyber Security Analysts, providing managed services to our clients coming from various industries (eCommerce, Retailers, Online Gaming) spread globally across APAC, EMEA, US, and LATAM. Working closely with the Director of Services, VP of Account Management, and Sales teams to support existing clients, identify potential business upsells, and support sales with Proof of Concepts.• Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with clients, conduct training workshops, as well as identify clients’ emerging business needs.• Lead Proof of Concepts for sales and prospective clients.• Work closely with the Sales teams to proactively identify business opportunities for account growth and upsells. • Supporting Product and R&D in developing existing products’ capabilities and improving existing system functionality.

• Investigate intelligence sources, threat actors, attack tools and techniques.• Served as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor for clients, leveraging expertise in Open Source Intelligence, Web Intelligence and Human Intelligence.• Produce high-quality deliverables and reports, for both security team personnel and C-Level executives.• Conduct status calls on a weekly basis with clients, to cover weekly activities and follow-up on open items.
