1. Food production, product development, supply chain management• Handling shipments from various ports in Break Bulk and Containers• Monitoring the shipments as per the buyer’s requirements.• Coordinating with liners all over the India• Coordinating with C.H.A, C & F & Surveyors.• Coordinating with the operation & marketing department on various issues pertaining to rate factors.• Preparing Pre-shipment and Post-shipment documents.• Coordinating with banks for negotiation and payments.• Responsible for compiling monthly reports and daily reports and MIS Reports.• Resolve customer billing disputes and escalate to manager if it’s required.• Organize and Co-ordinate information, schedule, feedback and follow-up actions on profiles processed.• Liasoning with Customs, Port, DGFT and Central Excise for exports requirements and getting export incentives on time (Duty Drawback Scheme, Service Tax and Central Excise claims).• Sending export manifest to overseas agents. Planning LCL & FCL containers through different lines & Co- loaders.• Handling of Material rake loading and unloading operations and Inventory management.• E.R.P Management.
