The WebApp has everything from sophisticated calling software, a fully functional and feature rich chat, multi-layer phonebook system and is integrated into all leading task management services (Such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, Hubspot, Zendesk, Monday etc. WebApp login page: (https://app.reliablepbx.com/desktop-app/#/login).While I was initially engaged for 2 months to develop the 'VoIP Calling functionality' for the RPBX product, I was able to demonstrate the high level of skills and commitment I bring to the product development. As a result, the contract was extended to nearly 2 years.

Project name: LetYouKnowLetYouKnow is an American multi-brand website for new and used car sales built with Angular. This website incorporates two portals. The buyer portal is used by the buyer to manage, add and customise their vehicle purchase. And the seller portal is used by the seller to add custom vehicles to the database for the user to choose from (https://www.letyouknow.com/vehicle/ucd/vehiclecriteria).The LetYouKnow website uses Angular Material theme design with Reactive forms for data entry, and CRUD for managing the database. Long and complex data structure of the vehicle inventory is managed using Recursion and user workflow is simplified with Material stepper.

Project name: LoveSmartLoveSmart is a dating website/Progressive WebApp made by the Rapidev. It features the world's first user testing methodology which filters signups based on their intellectual capabilities. Featuring both an IQ and EQ quiz for emotional and intelligence aptitude it only accepts users above a certain intelligence threshold. The website has been in production since February 2019. I participated in development, data gathering, legal documentation based on Australian privacy laws, TOU setup, a 3000+ question quiz setup, Alpha and Beta testing, UAC, backend admin control setup.

DEC 2017 – JAN 2019 FinCOLA Production, Deployment and Support.FinCOLA was one of the first GST ready cloud accounting software in India, I conducted UAT and executed the production deployment of FinCOLA cloud accounting SaaS (http://fincola.com) in India to help with the recent GST Reform. The system has been in production since Jan 2018.JUL 2016 – DEC 2017 GST Reform, FinCOLA Development.Liaised with the project sponsor to understand their vision and documented business requirements. GST being the largest tax reform in India since 1947, abolished and voided the older tax system creating a market of opportunity for my organization to develop and market one of the first cloud- based GST ready accounting software for India.My understanding of the GST reform was of prime importance as it not only formed the basis of the FinCOLA project but also allowed us to take the lead in terms of know-how and the ability to serve our clients better. My efforts allowed the company to get a technological and informational edge over our competitors as very few professionals had technical knowledge and GST know-how required to develop an accounting software.JAN 2013 – JULY 2016 Planned Client Software Migrations.Helped clients switch over to an original version of accounting software (Marg/Busy/Tally). Trained clients and interns on using specific trade focused versions of these accounting software which allowed highly specialized, intricate functionality to list, catalogue and generate data based on user requirements.
