Support Engineer
Current- Supporting Arcserve customers regarding licensing and technical issues of Arcserve products through Calls and Emails using Salesforce.
- Fundamentals of Virtualization, Licensing, and activation of Arcserve Products (UDP & ASBU).
- Respond to support requests from end-users and patiently walked individuals through troubleshooting tasks.
- Expertise with the Data Backup, Types of Backups (Microsoft Exchange Backup, Office 365 Backup), Replications, Restore, Disaster Recovery.
- Keen Interest to find the route cause and troubleshoot the problem methodically.
- Logs Analysis (Application Based), Windows Event, Application and System Logs analysis, Windows Group Policy Update.
