• Led a team of 115 staff and 200+ volunteers to provide play-based learning experiences for children in government and low tier private schools.• Scaled operations from 6 schools to 280 schools across 10 different locations, reaching 20,000 children weekly in a span of one and a half years• Managed all aspects of organizational operations, including project management, administration, and funder relationship as well as the relationship with Palika and the SWC.• Developed and implemented a comprehensive Management Information System (MIS) to streamline data collection and analysis.
