• Core member of the Frontend Guild management, overseeing a wide range of Frontend Engineering activities across the company.• Responsible for the daily operations of the Frontend Guild, including professional training for developers and organisation of events for speakers and participants.• Managing the Frontend Infrastructure team projects, including Core Services, Development Experience and UI products. • Leading Wix site in Be’er Sheva through all stages of growth - from a small team of 5 employees to a constantly growing, multi-product Engineering department of 70 employees, working on Wix Bookings, Wix CRM and Wix OS.• Shaping the image of Wix Be’er Sheva as an independent, expanding branch of an innovating, leading global software company.• Developing and promoting the Wix Engineering brand through the organizations of tech oriented meetups, engineering workshops and hackathons with the cooperation of local organizations and academic institutions.• Supporting the engineering team and encouraging their personal and professional development.• Coordinating with Wix HQ as well as Wix sites abroad to allow the growth of Wix Be’er Sheva. Filling new positions by collaborating with the HR and Marketing departments, as well as setting up company events with Wix Academy (Wix’s R&D training department) and the company’s Small Businesses Hub.
