I am an innovative spiritual leader with large congregational experience, who has fronted prestigious congregations with thousand-plus member families in the UK, New Zealand and Australia. My work has included strategic leadership, government liaison and collaborative work with major charities. I have developed training resources in the Rabbinate on best practice in pastoral work and in inclusion. I have a strong background in faith dialogue and collaboration. I was selected by the Catholic Church to welcome Pope Benedict to Sydney and give the address on behalf of the Jewish community. In New South Wales I was an accredited Disaster Relief chaplain, trained to work with an all-faith team on crisis pastoral management. I am currently a consultant Jewish chaplain for the Canary Wharf Multifaith Chaplaincy, providing support to workers at every level of the estate.I am Honorary Principal of Sacks Morasha Jewish Primary School, working with students, staff and governors, including curriculum, ethos and inset training. I am a qualified mediator, and volunteer with the free mediation panel as a way of giving to the community as well as extending my collaborative and facilitative skills.I am a regular contributor to BBC Radio2 Pause for Thought, most recently on the 2.30am slot with OJ Borg.
