As Yuri Arcurs Photography expanded we decided to recruit independent photographers wanting to become stock photographers, and founded the Yuri Arcurs Distribution Network. As CEO I am in charge of our world class photographers, our outsourced branches in India, communication between the different entities in the organization and executive strategic decisions. On top of that I'm in charge of our distribution department handling 200+ agencies representing our product.

Working with microstock photography on the Internet sets high standards in terms of how images are found, who finds them, and where do they find them. My job as Chief of Narrative Content was to administrate the value chain from the taken image to the actual sale. In order words being in charge of a number of people keywording, editing, distributing, shooting (photographers) and making sure that the logistics of every image and the narrative content was in world class.

I was responsible for building the inspection division from scratch in Denmark including hiring people, making a strategy of how to educate the employees, keep a high inspection standard according to demands from the board in Norway, and the overall microstock industry.
