Focused and diligent plant biotechnology postgraduate from TERI School of Advanced Studies (8.85 CGPA, July 2020) with six months of major project experience at National Institute of Plant Genome Research (NIPGR). The project involved the study of the evolutionary pattern of the APETALLA2-like protein family among diverse plants and the conservation of CIS-regulatory elements in Arabidopsis thaliana.At present I am working at ICAR-IARI, Delhi as a Project associate on a project entitled “ Characterization of chickpea germplasm resource to accelerate genomics-assisted crop improvement”.I am an enthusiast for research and development in molecular biology and genetics. I am highly motivated and capable of working in a fully equipped research laboratory. I am looking for Ph.D. opportunities to further expand my skills and knowledge, and establish a career in research in genomics study in plant sciences.
