Working as Macromedia Flash Expert, In this new role i would be managing the complex projects and guiding the programming team, involving in R&D works.

I joined in the Board of I Media to promote the business and to support the development of teams and projects. In this regard my main goal is to plan and manage the projects and interact with customers and fixing the production delivery dates for the products and to give our extended support to the customers with our services. And also it is my responsibility to make sure the project is running well and within the budget, if not then taking the necessary actions to control it respectively to complete the project within the budget. As a process now I manage one complete production unit of one of our business unit in Chennai, India.

Main responsibilities are to manage the teams like designing, programming, conception and quality teams with some limited controls in the HR related processes, and planning and managing the projects deliveries.

I have been promoted to Senior Programmer, in this position my main responsibilities are handling some of the modules in a project and also managing the programming team and assist them in projects to make them improve their productivity of developments and also on the quality.

I have promoted to Flash Programmer, during this time my main responsibilities are to program the screen as it is requested in the Story Board (STB) of Conception and deliver with good quality in time and also to assist Trainee programmers during the developments.

I joined I Media as a Trainee Programmer, during this period my main responsibilities are programming the screens using Action Script and delivering the same with good quality.
