With over 38 years of experience in various sectors and regions, I am an experienced professional with a diverse and extensive portfolio of skills and achievements. As Counsel at LBL International Construction, I provide legal advice and guidance to one of the leading construction companies in Cambodia, ensuring compliance, risk management, and contractual excellence.I also serve as an Independent Director at SBI LY HOUR Bank Plc., where I chair the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and partake in the Audit, Risk and Oversight Committees. I leverage my expertise in finance to oversee and support the bank's governance, strategy, and performance. Having joined the Board of Directors at Dai Ichi Life (Cambodia) in February 2024, I serve on its Audit Committee.Some of my notable achievements include leading and coordinating the JICA-RGC study on the Phnom Penh-Sihanoukville Growth Corridor, establishing the framework for Special Economic Zones in Cambodia, forming the Cambodian Rice Millers Association, and participating in the negotiations for Cambodia's integration into AFTA and WTO.
