My responsibilities include operating game booths, interacting with participants to foster a fun environment, explaining game rules clearly, and ensuring all attendees enjoy a safe and entertaining experience. 692 BCIT Aerospace Squadron is one of the largest air cadet squadrons in Canada: providing cadets the greatest opportunities to develop their leadership skills, confidence, independence, self-discipline, and instructional techniques on a large scale. After being rigorously trained in drill, aerospace engineering, aviation techniques and other military based knowledge, I started my role as a senior officer in supplies management and instructor. Mentoring 3 years of new recruits, roughly 500 cadets, I have created strong bonds with juniors through activities like outdoor survival camps and developed strong leadership skills.
