As a sales consultant I am responsible of getting new prospects to enrich the company's client database through cold calling, leads, site visits and referrals; I am also responsible of reactivating old accounts and handling transferred clients. Furthermore I organize meetings with the corresponding decision makers from Purchasing departments to company CEO's where I deliver on site presentations. Concerning the sales process, I produce and negotiate multiple quotations after discussing and understanding the need of my client. When the deal is successful I coordinate with the delivery team for the required order and for any after sales request. Finally I handle all financial procedures and follow up.

Sales Administration :-Maintain procedure manual to ensure consistent performance of routines -Conduct searches to find needed information -Type quotations, correspondence, manage database, and create presentations, reports and documents -Responsible of commission calculation and reconciliation -Assist administrative and Financial manager -Handle Daily, Monthly, and Quarterly ReportsStock Operator:-Manage stock level and distribute supplies from stock -Maintain stock record using manual or computerized systems -Prepare inventories , and coordinate purchasing warehousing functions -Be responsible for , daily productions , purchase and sales invoices -Find sources of supply and obtain quotes from suppliers
