Graduated as Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1998, and in 2002 i graduated in Periodontology (Diplôme d'Etudes Supérieures) from the Saint-Joseph University in Beirut. In 2013, I obtained from the same school a Master of Research.Since 2002, I am a member of the Periodontology Department of the Saint-Joseph University in i am currently a senior lecturer and a clinical instructor. In 2019, i was appointed director of the « Advanced Implant Surgery Diploma », a joint curriculum between the the department of Periodontology and the department of Oral Surgery. I’ve published and co-published 17 papers in international peer-reviewed journals including the European Journal of Oral Implantology, the International Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, the Journal of Oral Implantology and the Journal of Maxillofacial Surgery. I’ve also authored the chapter “Revisiting Guided Bone Regeneration in the Esthetic Zone” in the textbook "Advances in Esthetic Implant Dentistry" published by Wiley-Blackwell.I am lecturing and giving courses in several international venues on guided bone regeneration, immediate loading and immediate implantation in the esthetic zone.
