Duties and responsibilities:• Prepare Project baseline plan based in the client deadline.• Insure work progress and Scope of work running well as per project plan.• Approval of Quotation and amendment for any variation in the Scopes.• Follow up with Warehouse for materials delivery,• Follow up with finances department for Subcontractor and on site stuff payments.• Follow up with client for (MSS), materials delivery and invoices receipts.• Monitor project in a daily basis and coordination between subcontractors.• Monitor and approve budget and expenses of the project.• Ensure original Quotation, Work orders, Purchase orders have records.• Prepare support documents, Cost Variation, report analysis requested by client.• Prepare Estimation, Pricing & Quotation for high management approval.• Do site inspection to Identify The project requirements • Quality of work, Mockup preparation and coordination with Client for Official Approval.• Participate some fast solutions during implementation in order to deliver the project at time• Support design team for any update in the System, and confirm the design• Present and prepare for technical mockup and coordination with live media requirements.• Present Weekly meeting with Subcontractors and Client.• Prepare weekly Baseline report. • Prepare weekly deadline scopes.• Prepare Weekly time Sheets and Expenses cost for onsite team• Prepare and follow up the testing and commission with client in order to hand over the system.• Coordination with HSE manager to insure all stuff on site respect the safety and health rules.

Prepare for Site Surveying, Identify The project requirements and scopes of work in coordination with related stakeholders.2. Prepare proposal( Shop Drawing, Technical Documents and MSS) respecting the project Budget and technical approval,3. Prepare Estimation, Pricing & Quotation for approval.4. Prepare Execution Drawings, Single line Diagrams and Materials Request5. Coordination with Purchasing Department and Materials Distributors to deliver materials at time.6. Coordinate on Site with relevant departments and Client Representative to facilitate the work progress.7. Participate some fast solutions during implementation in order to deliver the project at time.8. Delegate tasks and responsibilities for Low Current Team.9. Preparing and Follow Up for Commissioning & hand over of Systems.
