Industry experience include Gas & Oil, Technology and Life Science, Media & Entertainment and Retail and Manufacturing with various reporting framework (IFRS, US GAAP and Israeli GAAP).• Manage a team throughout annual audits and quarterly reviews. Daily activities include monitoring progress, reviewing work, aiding audit completion and maintaining communication with clients• Manage the audits and reviews of financial statements for various private and listed companies in accordance with ISA/US GAAS/PCAOB Standards/Israeli GAAS, which includes planning and designing the audit approach based on risk assessment of material accounts, executing audit procedures and finalizing the audit work according to the planned timelines• Managing relationships with the senior management within the client, BDO technical and tax teams and the lead partner to understand the audit issues and explain the impact of the audit findings• Prepare budgets for projects and perform cost analysis to aid fee negotiation• Manage the audits of the internal controls over the financial reporting (ISOX), which includes managing the internal control function at the client and evaluate the implementation and design of the controls and evaluating the results of audit testing• High experience with SOX design and implementation testing.• Managing preparing and filing tax reports according to the Israeli income tax authority rules• Relocated to New York City office as part of BDO Ziv Haft's partnership leaders program.
