I enable Financial Institutions plan and execute on Digital Banking and Payments Transformation strategies. I hold an MBA and am a certified PMP practitioner. I have successfully delivered consulting assignments and complex programs with large teams and multi million-dollar budgets.My expertise includes Customer Life Cycle (Journey) management spanning across product management, technical architecture, partnering with multiple stakeholders with an objective of consistent engagement and experience that results in positive impact to the bottom line. Below is a non-exhaustive list of my role-based objectives:• Planning and delivery of strategies to reduce operational cost by moving customer queries from high-cost servicing channel to low-cost self-serve channel leading to decrease in Operational Expense (Opex) and increase in digital adoption/Customer Experience.• Secure consistent Capital expense (Capex) commitment to onboard new capabilities and expand existing ones.• Putting together strategic delivery of legacy Banking & Payments platform modernization roadmap with a defined delivery timeline (API’s, Micro-Services, UI etc.)• Successfully planning of strategy and delivery of full stack Agile Pods with defined end to end processes (Intake and Initiative delivery model).• Lead and manage multiple Product Managers/Owners (Agile Pods) and deliver initiatives within committed constraints (time, cost & resources) leveraging MVP approach.• Develop and implement “Go to Market” strategy to achieve organic growth target via acquisition and retention.Key focus areas:- Digital Banking and Payments asset management (end to end concept, design, solution & implementation)- Delivery of new API’s and Micro-Services leveraging Cloud and migration of existing applications & services to Cloud- Project/Program Management (PMP certified)- Customer Life Cycle (Journey) management- Digital Innovation- Strategy & Consulting- Machine Learning & AI driven predictive Banking- Fintech Partnerships- API /Open Banking- Mobile banking- Personal Finance Management solutions- Conversational Banking (NLP/NLU)
