I have worked in both real estate development and real estate marketing, including brokerage. I successfully marketed off-plan sales projects under the Sakani and Wafi programs, which are part of Pan kingdom Real Estate Company (Makana Residential Project).

Working in the healthcare sector was one of the most significant challenges in my career, especially as it is one of the fields most directly connected to customers' emotions and needs. At Al-Badr Group, I focused on enhancing the brand's reputation, developing marketing offers, understanding customer preferences, and building a comprehensive department through specific policies and procedures that helped foster a creative team. I also worked on establishing relationships with government entities, private sector organizations, and the third sector for service exchange. It is worth noting that, during my tenure as department manager, by the grace of God, we successfully implemented social marketing initiatives aimed at changing community behaviors and increasing awareness on several key issues.One of the key tasks I worked on was preparing the facility to obtain accreditation from the Saudi Central Board for Accreditation of Healthcare Institutions (CBAHI).

I worked in international marketing for Umrah services targeting visitors to the Holy Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque, specifically focusing on East Asian countries. My role involved presenting the company’s services and key offers, establishing exclusive partnerships with Umrah offices in other countries, and signing contracts with them. Additionally, I managed their social media platforms, built a customer base, and established the brand's reputation.

Through my role at E3qlha, I managed several tasks as the Marketing Department Manager, including representing E3qlha at various conferences, providing training to numerous government, private sector, and third-sector entities, offering marketing consultations, analyzing and developing projects, and building brand identities.

I worked in the field of business incubators and accelerators as a marketing employee for a period of no more than five months, while also being a university student. During this time, I learned a great deal about the startup ecosystem and gained experience in feasibility studies.

During my summer internship, I had the unique opportunity to work at one of the most prestigious hotels overlooking the Holy Mosque, the Fairmont Clock Tower Hotel, part of the globally renowned Accor Hotels group. This five-star hotel provided me with invaluable experience, particularly in key departments such as Customer Service and Reservations. During this period, I developed multiple skills, most notably how to achieve customer satisfaction and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
