ROLE: Understand the technical requirements of the requested interior design through close communication with the client. Communicate internally with the sales department and the factory to prepare the design inaccordancewith the client’s budget and other constraints (materials availability, time, resources, etc..). Prepare 3D design drawings and send it to the client to get their feedback and hold changes to the design when requested and finally seek the client’s approval. Prepare Bill of Quantity BOQ, materials and systems specifications and send them to the sales department so they can prepare price quotations to be sent to the client. Prepare detailed design drawings and materials specs and send them to the factory. Prepare detailed design drawings so that installation can be done at the jobsite. Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers in regards with technical issues

Teaching Math, Physics, statistics, and various scientific and engineering subjects for university students in KSA (Face-to-face)

ROLE: Defining, analyzing and resolving all the technical problems for passenger vehicles and commercial vehicle such as actors, atego, zetros, unimog and heavy duty trucks and engines. Communicating with the technical inquiries and support department in Germany, USA, Egypt, and Brazil through emailing detailed reports or via calling to solve technical issues of passenger cars, commercial vehicles and MCV Buses. Preparing detailed reports on technical problems containing all the necessary details, drawings, tables, and clarifications to be sent to the relevant party. Support all the sales counters, branches and workshops for any technical issue. Studying the stock movement and determining the needed parts for it. Getting any part number for parts, and making estimations and retrofitting. Checking parts’ orders coming from maintenance department before issuing them. Studying all the new vehicles and specifying all the needed parts that should be in stock before launching them. Excellent knowledge in EPC-net (Electric parts catalog) for passenger cars and commercial vehicles Inspecting mechanical and electrical faults in parts and acting accordingly. Giving recommendations on car retrofitting process.COURSES: The following courses were taken at Mercedes-Benz Training Center (Jordan): New 4-Cylinder Gasoline Engine (M274). Mechanical Engine Repair. Vans Overall Vehicle CITAN. Market launch S-Class (W/V222). Introduction into the New C217 (S-Class Coupe). Market Launch C-Class Model Series (W205).
