-Providing legal consultations in areas pertaining Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Civil Law, Labor Law and Banking Law, Social Security Law. -Preparing, reviewing and drafting contracts and agreements in both English and Arabic version, such as" Employment Contract, Sub- contracting Agreement, Advertising Agreement, Facilities Contracts between shareholders, Non- Disclosure Agreements, Provide Liquefied Gas Agreement, Lease Agreements, Heating and Cooling Agreement". -Advising on contracts and recommending suitable alterations. -Analyze the probable outcomes of cases, using knowledge of legal precedents, awards and court decisions. -Providing legal consultations to international clients. -Registration of Companies and following up on Companies matters before governmental departments and entities. -Experience in labor Law and employment matter including providing advice on day to day employment issues and assisting companies / clients with Labor Law problems. -Assisting the Companies in drafting and preparing all minutes of meetings including the minutes of the general assembly meetings, the MOM of the board of directors, relevant documentations of capital increase, liquidation, shares transfer or any decision made by the board of directors. -Experience in providing the client with legal advices pertaining Banking Law, and providing the client with the solutions and with the updated instructions issued by CBJ. Drafting, reviewing and validate all the contracts and agreement that are related to banks transaction such as (Opening Banks Accounts, Opening Current Account, VISA Forms, Personal Loans, Mortgage Loan, Credit Cards Forms, Letter of Guarantee and Letter of Credit Forms and letters, Electronic transactions, Safe Locker Lease Contract) to be in compliance with the Bank's Law and Central Bank Of Jordan instructions.

- Providing legal consultations and studies pertaining Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Civil Law and Labor Law, to the client. - Providing the clients with the last procedures taken in the legal lawsuits before the courts which are followed up by the other lawyers in the law firm. - Reviewing and Drafting legal contracts in both English and Arabic version such as (Distribution Agreement and Agency Agreement). - Making studies for new/amended Laws published in Jordan. - Translating court decisions from Arabic to English Language. - Reviewing and revising the translated laws.

Internal legal adviser at SGBJ.- Drafting and validating banks forms and loan applications.- Following up with the External lawyers regarding the legal cases raised by or against the bank and to insure their efficient work and duties toward the bank. - Participating and applying legal software at the legal department of the establishment. - Validating, reviewing and drafting legal contracts in English and Arabic singed between the bank and other parties.- Validating loans applications and forms from legal aspects and their compliance with the bank's procedures, regulations and the applicable laws. - Issuing different kind of consultations to the establishment. - Participating in meetings at the Association of Banks in Jordan. - Preparing reports with recommendations concerning the high legal risk to the board of the establishment. - Participating in meetings with the committee held each quarter in the establishment.
