Riyadh Third Health Cluster is considered one of the 21 health clusters in the Kingdom, which are components of the health transformation program. The clusters work to privatize the health services provided by the Ministry of Health by establishing and structuring them in as private sector system. Riyadh Third Health Cluster covers health services provided to approximately one million people, covers 14 hospitals and more than 130 primary care centers, and the geographical area is from the west of King Fahd Road in Riyadh to the city of Afif.My work as Director of the Corporate Communication and Change Management Administration focuses on establishing the department and business governance, leading and guiding the organizing media publishing through social media platforms and through other media channels between the cluster and the 14 hospitals, activating health awareness campaigns, communicating with community partnerships and donors, and organizing internal activities for employees to improve the work environment.Also, I worked on leading change management plans that aim to reduce resistance to the major change taking place in the health sector for employees and patients. This is required alignment with the communication leaders in the 21 health clusters, the Ministry of Health, and the Health Holding Company to unify the messages sent to the internal and external public to ensure unified messages, as this change is national, huge, and sensitive.
