Working as insurance SME and techno-functional lead helping projects in implementing Duck creek policy administration system• Strong domain knowledge of P&C insurance for US market. Experience in Commercial Auto, General Liability, Personal Auto, Homeowners, Dwelling and Umbrella LOBs.• In depth knowledge for P&C Policy functional modules – Underwriting, Rating Engine, Transactions, Integrations, Policy Forms, Tasks & Management, Referrals and UI• Designing and optimizing insurance policy workflows that align with the capabilities of the Duck Creek platform• Experience in requirement gathering and analysis with business team and stakeholders• Experience in fit gap analysis for the legacy system and to be built policy SaaS platform• Worked closely with business and development team in analyzing, estimating and prioritizing the requirements for sprints and releases• Experience in delivering product demo, requirement walkthroughs and requirement reviews to business stakeholders and IT project teams• Experience in creating user stories, acceptance criteria and requirement traceability matrix• Experience in working on data mapping requirements for third party integrations• Experience in conducting project activities such as managing sprint boards, running daily scrum meetings and helping product owner in managing and prioritizing the product backlog• Provided support to business team in conducting UAT by identifying and testing critical business flows for the policy platform• Engaging with Product owners, R&D team and other stakeholders to understand their needs, gather requirements, and ensure their expectations are met• Working with technical teams to design and implement integration solutions to ensure seamless data flow to downstream systems• Adept in project management activities involving scope definition, high level planning, project estimation, project planning, implementation, monitoring, tracking & delivery• Well versed in implementing automation solutions at program level – automation planning & strategy, estimation, automation monitoring & control, automation metrics and ROI, automation optimization• Experience in defining and establishing best-practices, continuous improvements, processes, scorecards and tools for QA practice. • Experience in working with business and development teams to review business/technical requirements and guides QA leads in generating comprehensive test strategy, test approach, test scope and impact analysis effective testing
