As a Head of Payroll Product, Transformation and Services I will be responsible for overseeing the development, management, and enhancement of payroll products and services within an organization for Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, Hongkong, Vietnam & Combodia- Strategic planning to align payroll offerings with organizational goals- Leading the design, development, and implementation of new payroll products and services - Managing a team of payroll professionals- Collaborating with cross-functional teams for seamless delivery- Ensuring compliance with regulations and quality assurance- Building strong client relationships and gathering feedback- Driving innovation in payroll processes and technologies- Monitoring performance and making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement
