I believe my medical background enable me to have deeper understanding of “ Human Errors versus Machine Errors”, “Management of Change”, Behavioral based safety” and “Managing work diversity “.According to the current changes in business competitiveness, a change in the approach to attain better qualifications in occupational health and safety became a must.The main aim behind my professional studies – which were all self-sponsored – is to enable organizations achieve planned long-term strategies of healthy and productive work force with ultimate client satisfaction through meticulous implementation and establishment of different management systems goals and targets.Armed with an extensive experience in various work settings, I attained effective communications skills with diversified workforce with different cultural background. This also enabled me to have a clear understanding of the delicate differences between coaching, mentoring, counseling and training.
