As an Athlete at Ata Olympic Taekwondo Rotterdam, I dedicate myself to the rigorous training and disciplined practice required to excel in the sport of Taekwondo. My experience at this esteemed academy not only honed my physical abilities but also instilled in me the values of perseverance, discipline, and sportsmanship.Key Highlights:- Trained intensively in Taekwondo techniques, including forms (poomsae), sparring, and self-defense, under the guidance of experienced instructors namely Ata Alavi, 8th Dan and Mahsa Mardani 6th Dan both from Iran.
