➢ Marketing the center's services and deepening its connection within the East Jerusalem community, including presenting the program's goals and objectives; In order to promote the integration of East Jerusalem residents into the labor market.➢ Developing social relations and collaborations with civil organizations, community centers, etc., in order to enhance the employment field in the city.➢Holding monthly workshops on employment and labor laws.➢Organizing conferences and inviting speakers to discuss various topics related to family financial planning and employment and labor market issues.-Holding regular webinars and inviting speakers to create awareness amongst the centers’ clientele, and the public as well, to discuss various issues related to employment in Jerusalem, including gender issues, youth issues etc. ➢ Supporting the work of the employment coordinators at the center.

➢ Supporting Job seekers by enhancing their knowledge on employment and labor laws.➢ Assessing Job seekers abilities and qualifications. ➢ Building a personal work plan and career development programs for job seekers.➢ Supporting job seekers in writing their CV’s and preparing for job evaluations and interviews.➢ Matching job seekers with prospective job providers.➢ Following up with job seekers as they integrate into the labor market.➢ Coordinating with community centers, job providers and civil society organizations to match job seekers with employment opportunities within the Jerusalem community.

➢ Management and oversight of financial assets, cash and bank accounts.➢ Management of records maintenance; payments and receipts vouchers.➢ Management and preparation of cash flow statements, cash in hand including salary disbursements.➢ Customer and Public Relations financial management with insurance companies and clients.

➢ Financial control and cash management; preparation of monthly closing statements, bank reconciliation.Payroll preparation and execution.➢ Customer relations including invoice preparations and collections follow-up.➢ Coordination of external audits.
