I am an engineer, managerial and a legal consultant with 17 years of experience in the food industry. Coaching my techno-commercial engineers, sales and customer service teams has become my passion. I focus also on improving processes and developing team skills to get the best out of my people. My love to solve problems and being proactive together with my intellectual curiosity have been a drive for my continuous improvement process.Success is never easy and the road to it is full of obstacles. However, with passion, focus and loyalty, among other characteristics I possess, I was able to achieve success internally as well as in the outside World. I am fired up about my work, love my team and admire my customers and suppliers. I am proud to work at HOSS-FOOD and is forever grateful to have such an amazing opportunity to concur the Middle East, especially that being a female was always a challenge in our industry.
