Program ManagerLewis Center For Church Leadership Jul 2019 - Aug 2024More than one colleague explained my position as the heart of the Lewis Center because I maintain incoming and outgoing funds, customer/client communication and coordination with Wesley Theological Seminary. I’m the budget manager for over 2 million dollars in major grants as well as hundreds of thousands in product purchases. Much of those product purchases generated through client relationships I fostered as point of contact for all troubleshooting needs. Furthermore, I managed the logistics for the annual Lewis Community Leadership Fellows program, a cornerstone fellowship that broadens the horizons of pastors in their role as leaders for their communities by engaging with government leaders and the private sector. I successfully managed three cohorts of fellows including virtual programming. -

Paid Intern, Center On Extremism/Law Enforcement ProgramsAnti-Defamation League Jan 2018 - Nov 2018New York, Ny, UsUtilized my academic expertise around extremism to monitor, brief, and report on threats of interest. I monitored 25+ open-source databases and analyzed 840+ posts and website articles weekly to create action plans to address negative messaging. Along with tracking, I wrote an analysis of 12 alt-right/alt-lite thought leaders as a part of an update in the United States and Canada. Furthermore, I categorized individuals in an Islamic Terrorism database and report, investigating 15 individuals and their participation in potential/active terrorist attacks and current incarceration status. I honed my OSINT skills as well as how to brief the content to my superiors and offer recommendations based on the findings. -

International Development InternCreative Associates International Jun 2017 - Jul 2017Chevy Chase, Md, UsProgramming for grants, literature reviews, and operating with different concentrations were key experiences and tasks from this internship. I wrote a 20-page comprehensive literature review illustrating the connection between preventing and countering violent extremism (P/CVE), education reform, and economic development programming. The matrix evaluates how over 20 past Creative Associate education projects addressed violent extremism in their regions and compared them to 3 case study programs from other international development firms. The comparison helped the education department in grant writing and program creation. These receivables culminated in operating as the P/CVE expert in a presentation team showing the need for interdepartmental coordination in program development. -
