Contracted in this role to develop the strategic global marketing & communications plan and to establish the corporate branding for the hotel group. I was responsible for all facets of this new department from strategy through to implementation across global markets ensuring that business success was delivered for all PRHG properties and stakeholders. I developed a detailed project plan for the 2 year contract period and in order to implement this ambitious plan with the resources available, I established an innovative marketing intern programme as well as negotiating a number of contra partners.
