DKME focuses on electrical installations on board Luxurious superyachts. A50-year-old, family-owned company, growing at 40% a year. I took over thedepartment Entertainment and Control (E&C), responsible for all audio, videoand IT solutions on board superyachts. By setting product standards, developingunique products based on business intelligence and IoT technology, theorder book for the department grew by 600%.In addition to the E&C department, I also oversee the company’s IT department.I’ve developed and executed the strategy needed to support the growthof the company. This involved migration to the cloud, upgrading the ERPsystem and implementing an IT service desk. The annual IT company surveyrates the Service desk at an 8.2 and has a ticket happiness rate of 95%.
