My customer service from Starbucks got me noticed by Jim McIvor an accountant at Price Water House Coopers. Jim is a regular customer at Starbucks who wanted private tutoring in speaking Te Reo Maori to improve his client based relationship with PWC. I offered my services and provided him with lesson planning, speaking exercises, and written speeches for him to gain the confidence to speak Te Reo with his Maori clients.
