Producer of all photo shoots used with Jack Wills and Aubin & Wills promotional material. This included catalogue, in store, website and several short lifestyle videos available online. The aim was to integrate the strong brand identities into all the material, whilst simultaneously ensuring each brand remained distinctive. Responsibilities included the organisation and coordination of Jack Wills creatives and other external consultants, to shoot brief. • Worked directly with the founding directors and Head Creative, on production of publications and videos within agreed budgets.• Directed brand critical paths and risk management. This involved liaising with internal departments, external clients and partners to ensure maximum brand exposure.• Directed all seasonal photographic shoots from creative input stage, through to brainstorming, story boarding and final collection delivery.• Directed all art buying, from researching, selection and purchasing of photographers, props stylists and locations.• Managed all model casting for both brands, in line with brief and annual budget expectations.• Produced and managed all national and European photographic shoots, including assistance, production and direction. • Managed and actioned all colour and reproduction for photography, to print stage. • Implemented and managed an internal studio, to bring all catalogues and web photography in-house.

Promoted from the Press department during the summer of 2006 to reinvent the photographic brand and company image of Laura Ashley’s Fashion and Interiors market. Throughout 2006-2008 worked with the Creative Director, providing artistic input and assistance, to expand the Laura Ashley brand into new UK and European fashion markets. Press and marketing coverage during this time included Vogue, Easy Living, Elle Decoration and World of Interiors. • Produced all Fashion and Home Interior campaigns set in UK locations (including London, Wales and Norfolk), in addition to international locations (including Normandy, Tuscany and Cape Town).
