What a great profession !! I wake up each and every morning knowing that because of my efforts, I can make a difference in someone's life. When I entered the recruiting/staffing industry, I must admit I was only concerned about ME, MYSELF and I. After helping thousands find employment, I realize that life is about making life better for someone else. My passion is to be of service by helping supply employment to those who have been out of work, those that can't afford staying in their homes, pay their bills, take care of their families and those that simply can smile again. Yes, commissions are great and are a great motivator but, nothing is more satisfying then hearing someone say "Thanks, Mr. Ray, you have no idea what you have done for me and my family by finding me employment. I enjoy this industry, every single day regardless of the challenges I may have to overcome. My experience consists of both full cycle direct hire recruitment and all phases of the temporary staffing industry. I have extensive sales, business development, customer service, training, payroll, testing, screening, hiring and termination of sales and recruitment teams. I was responsible for taking a staffing service from an initial start up to over $2.6k million in annual revenues.
