1. Anchor all technical interventions related to implementation of hardware by district teams in the project. 2. Supervise and guide district team to develop high assessment of available WASH Infrastructure in the intervening panchayats. 3. Develop capacity building plans related to grey water and solid waste management, Rural FSM and water security & source sustainability in consultation with SBM- G, Zila panchayat and Gram panchayat. 4. Coordinate and provide technical support & guide district teams and district officials in building Grey water management strategies and water security model action plan for execution at village/ GP level. 5. Develop Technical reports, Compendium kn GWM, designs, drawing and estimate. 6. Undertake monitoring visits, ensuring completion of hardware work while maintaining the quality standards. Responsible to ensure adherence to technical standards and compliance to technical guidelines and policies in all the projects. 7. Ensuring compliance to the organisation's policy and procedures, such as risk management, Health and safety policy, water quality protocols etc.

1. Develop a detail process document pertaining to WAI's ongoing Grey water management works in rural Indore including identifying the challenges faced by the projects team during this process and suggest solutions for the challenges faced, towards ensuring sustainable waste water management. 2. Technically support all the ongoing work in GWM in entire district of Indore (Rural) 3. Develop technical DPR, Innovation report based on the on-field assessment and findings on Liquid waste management. 4. Document all the ongoing work and upcoming work w.r.t. Liquid waste mangement. 5. Provide Technical support in our upcoming project at Datoda with absolute water, and in Narsinghpur with Eco- STP. This will primarily include conducting an assessment to analyze the pipe networking in the village, Including developing a report on the findings. It also included the monitoring and supervision work, at both the locations, as and when required, with appropriate documentations.

1.Visiting sites and Monitoring various test which were conducted on National Highway. 2. Preparing reports of various kinds like Daily progress report, Monthly progress report etc3. Preparing Client bill( Electricity) submission and checking. 4. Learning about the contract and BOQ and planning

1. Understand Liquid waste management by attending trainings, meetings and field visits. 2. Insight of Decentralized wastewater management approach associated with Nature based technology, understand importance of technological improvements, modifications and designs which are affordable, acceptable and sustainable. 3. Design Decentralized wastewater treatment system through various steps ( Testing, pre-planning, feasibility test etc), improve technical skills with regard to on ground implementation of a site plan and drawing and importance of site monitoring and supervision. 4. Learn about shit flow diagram, Sanitation value chain and its management. 5. Clarity about Operation and maintenance about the modules of Decentralized wastewater technologies through visit to sites and various locations.

1. Visit construction site- 10 MLD STP construction and Heritage project (Redevelopment) of Gopal Mandir 200 years old.2. Understanding the materials used in both the projects as they were quite different and make a report on there usage and maintenance criteria. 3. Get better understanding of the construction processes and steps and learn to prepare estimates and bills. 4. Visiting and preparing reports on the quality of Construction work and redevelopment projects.
