I am the Assistant Manager Personal Banking, Port of Spain Branch, Scotiabank T&T Ltd. I’ve been a banker for over 15 years. I started my career as a Bank Teller then moved onto Customer Service Representative, Personal Banking Officer, Relationship Officer and now my current role as Assistant Manager. Throughout these years I’ve gained considerable experience in retail banking, customer experience, auto financing, mortgage financing, mutual fund investments, credit risk analysis, critical thinking, coaching and development and leading a sales team. I continue to learn under the guidance of various managers who specialize in retail banking. I am committed to life long learning on various fields related to banking like economics, monetary policy, credit risk, leadership and financial markets.
