About Ray Ayers

I love finding ways to combine my experiences from a wide range of engineering, business, military and ministry leadership roles in developing effective teams. Invariably, these roles bring me opportunities to apply my skills in an area that is sorely needed in today's environment: conflict resolution focused on reconciliation across organizations, within workgroups, between couples, and family members. The project and program management principles I've learned along the way, have allowed me to organize and complete missions in both civilian and military settings. I come from a unique pastoral and management mindset, which achieves objectives while helping team members achieve their greatest potential and find joy in their vocational calling.
