Working & managing the Engineering services as the Sole Site Engineer (Mon – Fri days) carrying out electrical & mechanical reactive & planned maintenance to all areas of the building. Authorised person for the critical electrical distribution system (11KV–240V) including generators, UPS inverters & batteries. The Building services comprising of Trend 963 building management system, 35 critical DX CRAC air conditioning units, Fire detecting systems Protec, FM200 & Hart (VESDA), HVAC, lighting & emergency lighting systems throughout the whole building and the 12 Data halls.Carry out all the administration tasks within my role, putting together quotations for the client, ordering goods and invoicing on completion of jobs within agreed SLA’s. Organize the sub-contractor costs for the annual contract, making recommendations for extra works to be included. Conduct & chair the monthly Client meetings & write up minutes. Raise PPM’s from the ‘Concept’ computerised maintenance system. Produce ‘Changes’ on the Capgemini Remedy management system for customer approval, before jobs can be started. Produce Monthly reports on H&S issues, energy usage, A/C issues and keep an annual quotation log up to date. Control all the paperwork for general & hazardous waste leaving the site. Very proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel programs.
