As a Centurion Relationship Manager for American Express Travel & Lifestyle Services, I manage and nurture an exclusive portfolio of clients by proactively providing personalized and meaningful start-to-finish experiences for our most affluent and valued customers. As the first point of contact, I am responsible for every American Express interaction my clients may require for Card transactions, memorable journeys of a lifetime, and any concierge needs. A Relationship Manager not only responds to specific requests but must also evaluate and anticipate our clients needs and act upon those accordingly. Providing quality, intuititive customer service, and taking ownership of the customer’s unsurpassed experience from beginning to end is paramount.
