• Leader of two project planners who oversee the governance of the capital portfolio for the business. I recruited both planners and have been responsible for their training and familiarisation with the capital projects delivery process.• Development of the integrated project planning dashboard. This dashboard utilises a data pipeline that spans SAP, Primavera P6 and SharePoint. Users can see current schedule and financial data and documentation related to approximately 600 capital projects planned for completion over the next ten years.• Management of master schedule for the capital and major maintenance portfolio in Primavera P6. This includes creating and updating master templates and creating a unified scheduling management standard for project delivery. Creating and updating project schedules and transferring updates to SAP.• Development of SAP master data for capital project work. This includes the creation and modification of functional locations, maintenance plans, task lists, Bills of Materials (BoMs) and measuring points. Through this work I have developed proficiency with the SAP scripting software, Winshuttle Studio, to enable efficient and high-quality execution of these transactions.• Updating SAP master data related to Engineering In-Service Inspection standards. Following the creation or change to an ISI, I complete the changes in SAP to enable execution of the inspections and also create the framework that supports visible reporting of the status of these inspections. This includes updating or creating entry lists, maintenance plans and the creation of measurement documents so the status of all inspection elements can be seen within the reporting structure.

• Direct supervision of ten maintenance planners. This included coaching and guidance to direct the team towards short and long term goals; mentoring and developing the team to increase the overall capability and output of the team.• Responsible for ensuring the maintenance planning team have presented an achievable maintenance schedule each week.• Weekly review with Production team leaders to align maintenance activities with Production requirements.• Monitoring of site resource requirements and sourcing additional contractors to meet the coming week’s maintenance schedule.• Creation and compliance review of master data held within SAP.• Weekly review of maintenance schedule compliance data to identify areas of opportunity for the business.• Leadership of maintenance planners during monthly budget forecasting and annual zero based budget preparation and creation. Sitewide maintenance budget is approximately $150 million. • Acting Planning Supervisor of 9 maintenance planners and shared resources administrator for 3 months (September – November 2016) while concurrently completing my full-time planning role.• Complete development of weekly execution plan for a maintenance team. This includes scoping of maintenance notifications and creating work orders, engaging stakeholders to ensure all prioritised work is in the locked in plan, reviewing maintenance plans to ensure all Primary Maintenance tasks are addressed, identifying any rescheduled work from past execution weeks.• Annual zero-based budget development for cost centre of my responsible area; including the collation of all planned maintenance items, expected major shutdown costs, reactive maintenance and breakdown costs.• Preparation of monthly cost forecast for responsible cost centres.• Identifying and completing SAP master data updates; including task list updates, BoM updates, material justification requests, upkeep of maintenance plan cycles and parameter.• Completed the overhaul of legacy turnaround plans in H.I.D and Oxalate. Streamlined maintenance item structures and integrated detail PRTs (photographic references) into the turnaround task lists.• Restructured many of the Calcination BoM structures to enable the leveraging of BoMs in task lists, uniformity across site and improve the ability to analyse material usage. Examples include Filter Table couplings, gearboxes, scrolls and screws. The Calciner conveyor structures were also restructured to make all the bearing, pulley and contact point BoMs consistent and transferable to other areas of the plant.• Identification of opportunities and engagement of local contractor support when they can provide better value to the business than internal maintenance teams.• Turnaround planning for routine outages of H.I.D, Oxalate, Precipitator and Filter Table units.

• Complete maintenance strategy review and redeployment across the Caterpillar 793/797 haul truck and Caterpillar D11R dozer fleets.• Complete review of task lists including resource requirements and work instructions. Alignment of all maintenance item and maintenance plan naming conventions to comply with the BHP 1SAP model.• Analysing Caterpillar 793/797 haul truck fleet downtime data including the trending of common failure types, poor performing units; reporting findings and recommendations to stake holders.• SAP PM module data analysis and trending of common maintenance tasks, machine maintenance requirements and quality of work management practices.• Stakeholder engagement across multiple mine site to evaluate the most streamlined, consistent and best practice maintenance strategies for Caterpillar 793 truck fleet.• Initiator and/or approver of SAP master data improvements following feedback from maintainers and planners.
