Users can see current schedule and financial data and documentation related to approximately 600 capital projects planned for completion over the next ten years.• Management of master schedule for the capital and major maintenance portfolio in Primavera P6. This includes creating and updating master templates and creating a unified scheduling management standard for project delivery. Creating and updating project schedules and transferring updates to SAP.• Development of SAP master data for capital project work. This includes the creation and modification of functional locations, maintenance plans, task lists, Bills of Materials (BoMs) and measuring points. Through this work I have developed proficiency with the SAP scripting software, Winshuttle Studio, to enable efficient and high-quality execution of these transactions.• Updating SAP master data related to Engineering In-Service Inspection standards. Following the creation or change to an ISI, I complete the changes in SAP to enable execution of the inspections and also create the framework that supports visible reporting of the status of these inspections. This includes updating or creating entry lists, maintenance plans and the creation of measurement documents so the status of all inspection elements can be seen within the reporting structure.
